A colorida história da Pixar sobre as aventuras de um jovem mexicano durante a celebração do Dia dos Mortos no México lidera as indicações na entrega do 45th Annie Awards, que será celebrado no próximo dia 3 de fevereiro na Califórnia.
Na categoria como melhor filme animado, “Coco” compete com “As Aventuras do Capitão Cueca: O Filme”, “Carros 3″, «Meu Malvado Favorito 3” e “O Poderoso Chefinho”.
O filme também foi indicado para melhor direção e codireção, Trilha sonora, Roteiro, Storyboard, Dublagem e Design dos Personagens.
